About Se Hee

My human Se Hee Jo-Strosahl was born and raised in New York City
in an unconventional second generation Korean American household with artist parents.
She grew up dancing and playing music until critical injuries led her to focus on academics instead.
She received a BA in English literature from Pace University and an MA in TESOL from NYU.
For over a decade, she worked in many different industries, but mostly in adult literacy education
where she taught adult immigrants and college students from underprivileged backgrounds.
She recently decided to change her career and go for her second Master's degree at the
MLIS program at Queens College where she is now taking 700 The Technology of Information.
She lives in Brooklyn with her husband Phillip and of course me, Lola, their queen kitty.
